Hey, I'm David. I'm currently a 4th year student at Georgia Tech and am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering (a Ramblin' Gamblin' Hell of an Engineer). So expect tons of space and aviation related posts on here. I also work providing help to guests at the Student Center here at Tech, so don't be afraid to ask me anything about life at Tech!

I have a ton of shit due Thursday. In my endless procrastinating, I realized that Thursday marks the 5th anniversary of the day I got accepted to Tech. Had 18 year old David known what the hell 5 years from that day would hold, he probably would have said fuck that. But 23 year old David is glad that 18 year old David was as blissfully ignorant as he was. Why is David speaking in third person still? Easy, because it’s 3:16 AM and he needs sleep.
I haven’t been to class all week.
I guess tomorrow is as good a day as any to start. Ugh.

You say you’re a first year? For this semester, yeah it might be a little late to start doing research, but start asking professors for next semester. Don’t wait too long, it’s a huge help to have research on your resume!
